Rohit Basa is a global technology business leader with more than 25 years of experience across semiconductor,
embedded systems, engineering services and enterprise technology markets. His career has evolved from
technology and engineering environments into business development, global enterprise growth and business
leadership, giving him a perspective that connects technical complexity with customer priorities and commercial
outcomes.
Across his career, Rohit has worked with global enterprises and technology innovators through multiple industry
cycles. His focus has consistently been on building strategic relationships, creating new business, aligning
cross-functional teams and scaling specialized engineering capabilities into sustainable programs.
Today, his work is increasingly centered on the semiconductor and AI era – where silicon, systems, software and
infrastructure are converging. He believes the next generation of technology leaders must be able to connect these
layers while also understanding people, capital, customers and execution.
Rohit’s leadership philosophy is grounded in clarity, trust, accountability and relevance. He believes leadership is
not defined by how much an individual controls, but by the quality of decisions, the leaders developed, the alignment
